Although your AoE and Bankruptcy will be dealt with by the same court it may not necessarily be the same sections so if you have got it take your case number with you and ask the bankruptcy clerk to pass a copy of your bankruptcy order over to the AoE clerk with the case number. Its not necessary to do this but it does help speed things along for you so that the deductions stop from your wages xxx

Thanks for your reply confused. They said on the phone that my appointment is on Thursday at 9.30am and i will go before a judge. I've booked the day off work as a few have mentioned i could be left waiting a while.

The forms are really confusing, i have to tackle them today. I have to make a few phone calls to see exactly how much i owe on a few debts and then hopefully i should have all the creditors details i need.

I've buried my head in the sand for a long time so I'm struggling gettin all my info together as I'm terrible with keeping records!

I'm sure i'll post something if i get stuck on the forms

I was just wondering if you will have time to get everything ready for Thursday. Please forgive me if im wrong but you need to make sure everything is 100% correct as im sure this will help you out in the future. Anyway, you could postpone it for a while?
