Relocating Outlook 2003 .PST files

I have a user with a 4gb .pst file, can i move it to another drive (lack of space) and put it back later if they need to recover from it?

If you have further questions or a problem with the solution, don't hesitate to ask here.
You could also try to compact the PST file first. Maybe a lot of space is occupied by already deleted emails.0
