Hi,
I'm new to this forum and unfortunately my first question isn't one with a direct answer.
Myself and my partner are looking at renting our first property together and at the moment we're trying to work out our finances.
Unfortunately, when it comes down to electricity/water/gas and what have you we literally have no idea what to expect. The place we're looking at is a 1/2 bedroomed flat, shared between 2. We would be running normal appliances excluding dishwasher, tumble drier - property is double glazed aswell and heating is by electric wall heaters and cooker is also electric.
I know it's a very broad question and i'm not expecting a definite answer but I was wondering what ball park figure we could expect for water/electricity? Any approximate monthly figure would be great!
Thanks In Advance
We're from Herefordshire, West Midlands by the way!

Ball park figure would be £100 a month for electricity - assuming you are out at work all day.
Water with Severn Trent - assuming you have a meter - £25 a month.0
