I think you have to first update 'Your contact preferences' in 'My Account' to accept promotional emails, then you can enter once you receive the particular email:

From the Terms and conditions: "Entries must be made through the official Tesco entry form accessed from the email. One entry per person...."

Like you, I seemed to have been entered when I pressed the Submit button, but without actually entering any of my details - "Thank you for entering. Because you are registered as a Tesco.com customer we already have your personal details. Good luck!" As it was the OP''s link I hope I haven't invalidated his/her original entry . G

hmmm... sorry about this. Looks like entry is limited to the email recipient only. Didn't realise.... If you're a club card member though worth checking recent mailings from Tesco.....
