Counterfeit Money

I recently purchased US dollars on behalf of my Mother from an Exchange bureau recommended through your website. When she was on holiday, one of those notes ($100 bill) was conviscated by Homeland Security and she was advised it was a forgery. She was told to go back to the original place of money exchange. I have a Counterfeit note from from the US secret service advising of the forgery. What should I do next?
