I had hoped you would have missed my mistake -yet another effect of not using a Pen or Pencil but a keyboard.:)
I do find more spelling mistakes when typing compared to actual handwritten form.
btw if you user Firefox as your browser under Ubuntu spellcheck comes as standard... (Typed from Windoze,,, as there's a couple of Windoze only things I need from time2time..)
(Firefox/ubuntu is, IMHO, attractive because they are...
a) Free [No, really, free as in free beer..]
b) More secure that the Windoze alternatives..
c) Usually, faster on the same hardware...)0 -
Get a list from EA1, give it to EA2. If you don't and someone buys it from EA2 which EA1 showed round first, it is going to give you a big head ache as both agents will want their full commission. You're not going to change the law as the Foxtons case was a £35,000 fee for the agent so worth fighting, I am guessing you are not selling your £4m pad on Park Lane?
You also leave yourself open that if EA2 see's someone on your list that has seen through EA1 and they want to come back to offer, EA2 will do everything to put them off offering and will slate your house to them. Estate Agents are aggressive, but they work in a very competitive industry so they have to be.Paying down the mortgage:
At 1 October 2011: £226,000
Currently: £224,499
Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
Paid £1,500
Target remaining: 88.89%0
