The competition will start at 10am on the 6th of September, prizes will then be unveiled at 10am each day.

Does this mean that the winner of the coat will be shown tomorrow at 10am when the comp for the next prize is up, and so on? Or is it likely that it's a typo and should be starts at 10am, closes at 10pm?
