Also wouldn't accept West Yorkshire so had to put Yorkshire instead

Purely down to each of us.I am not aware of any protocol.I think on holiday comps where a few elements are involved they can be useful for later reference.Here they are though..............:D
Each prize comprises of: a. A pair of return economy flights on Virgin Atlantic from London to New York, b. Three nights (room only) accommodation at 5* Omni Berkshire Place, New York. 3. The prize can be taken between 1 February 2011 until 10 December 2011 subject to availability. Travel must be completed by 10 December 2011.
4. Prize winners preferred travel dates must be requested by 15th Feb 2011. In the event that this period is exceeded the promoters reserve the right not to make a prize award. No air points can be redeemed or collected.

6. The prize is non-transferable, there is no cash alternative and no spending money is included in the prize.
7. The prize is non redeemable for cash and cannot be sold or auctioned.

9. Any amendments to, or cancellation of, the trip made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the winner.
