LLoyds TSB Creditcard

Damn Lloyds. This is the 4th or 5th response, which says "we are confident that the policy would've been posted to you. unless you have any new evidence available for us to consider we would confirm that this is our final reposnse. If you wish, you could review the complaint to FOS". Now can someone please tell me if its best to go to the FOS? if so, how shall i do that?

Comments

  • If Lloyds sold, or mis-sold, you the PPI and they have rejected your claim of mis-selling then you should refer the matter to the FOS if you are not satisfied.

    Hi There

I would write and give them a weeks notice telling them that you disagree and if they do not uphold your claim then you will take it to the FOS.

The problem is that it will be quicker if you can sort it out at this level. If you go to the FOS you can wait anwful long time. My complaint with Lloyds CC which is with FOS has been going along now for 2 1/2 years just to warn you.

    Good luck
