TagnRename is the daddy for MP3 tagging as it picks up the albums from CDDB/Gracenote and auto applies the tags. It's not free but if you fancy trying it out for 30 days have a look here - https://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm553780080

Free, supports virtually every format and tag type. Very powerful and quite quick too. I used to use DrTag (not free) but switched about a year ago when I found Mp3Tag.
