It won't let me open a Snapfish account, since I have a trueprint A/c. Therefore I can't use the code - any advice anyone? thanks

Are you using the same e-mail address? If so try a different one. That usually works.

have just spent ages downloading photos and sorting them out

do i need to enter all the card detailsbefore it will tell me how much ??

i have entered the code and chose to collect them, but still dont know if it will accept the code, but thought it might after i have added details

any help gratefuly receieved x x

Yep you still need to enter card details even though its free, you still get a chance to see how much its going to be (free) and confirm you order after the page where you put your card details.
