I'm another diappointed buyer - i never recieved mine and it was being delivered to a jessops store. I ordered on the 31st may so two weeks ahead of Father's Day and i recieved the email saying it was shipped to store and ready for collection on Thursday 12th June @ 9am. I called in on thurday but not there, phoned yesterday (fri) still not there, went in again today so i could see them search for it but nope, no Mug. Shop assistant even told me that about 6 other people had come in looking for thier mugs but they had'nt come - i quote her - ''what SNAPFISH say and what SNAPFISH do are two different things'', this, after i told her of my email telling me it was shipped!! Im gutted as my OH would have loved it. I then had to run around my town centre looking for something else to give him and he is one of those men who is difficult to buy for!
I have emailed SNAPFISH and i intend on phoning them monday morning too and giving them a piece of my mind - anyone else had this problem?!?!

Hi not waiting for mugs but 78 prints paid for on the 30th may .Strange thing is also ordered free poster at the same time and this has arrived .They where both store pick up.First showed they where still in processing then all of a sudden after two complaints ,pick up at store 3rd june appeared on 12 th june but still not available at store.Wanted these to make a suprise album for my daughters birthday.:rolleyes:

Ordered mine on the 3rd June and collected in a Jessops store on the 13th. Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered 3 mugs and one of the quality was really bad.Complained and got a full refund and got to keep the mugs
