I had from 2008-2012 almost 5k in bank charges ...I was really struggling under a mountain of debts ...I did ring my bank at the time , sometimes in tears saying please can you not charge them I’m struggling enough as it is (they were also reducing my overdraft by £100 a month from 2011 which obviously affected me even more). Eventually I lost my house and to this day my mental health has been affected ...is there anyway I can go to them and get any back as I don’t think they did enough to help me and am struggling . Thank you0
