Panasonic SCPM33 DAB Micro Hifi

I emailed tesco as the above item was out of stock and i wanted to see when stock was expected.

I though the price appeared too good for this hifi - it mentioned DAB throughout the description but the model number tied up with the non-DAB version - so I queried this.

just got the following email back :

Thank you for your email.

I can advise that this item is non DAB.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at customer.service@tesco.co.uk

No mention of when stock is expected. No appology for the incorrect description. Nothing.

I'm annoyed as I though I'd found a bargain. :mad:

might have been recalled as it was meant to be DAB, but recieved as non dab

A fuller explaination from their "Customer Service" would have been appreciated if this was the case - it was the abruptness that annoyed as much as anything!

You asked whether it was DAB and was told it was non DAB.
You havent lost out so I dont know what the problem is?
