  • ajmoney - I did OK, thanks for asking!! It's really encouraging to know that for half an hour there is someone else cleaning like a mad thing too!
in this HHC I did DD's room, and S&S'd the kitchen, so now my list looks like:

Thursday - Master bedroom & landing
    Level One Done :j

    Level Two
    [STRIKE]15 minutes floordrobe clearance [/STRIKE]
    Wash windows
    [STRIKE]Vacuum floors[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Dust and deweb[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Wipe paintwork[/STRIKE]
Sort through a cupboard.. make it neat and tidy and get rid of what you no longer wear/need/use

Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and vacuum the floor![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Strip and wash and replace stinky bedding[/STRIKE] OMG this nearly killed my arm :(
Make half an hour for YOURSELF!!!
    Level Two
Sort through a cupboard of clothing
    [STRIKE]Sort through a box of toys/junk
    Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit
Wash any curtains/cushions etc that are in need
    Dust and deweb

My arm still isn't great - got another hosp appt next week. The bruising is still very visible from shoulder to elbow, and seems to fade for a day and then come back again. Am still not driving either, I can't reach the gear stick. So I'm getting good at one-handed cleaning!! :D

Reckon it's time for the HH to myself now - cuppa and a sit down with a book:D:D

School paint.. carpet shampoo!!!!!! Took me years to find that out but it gets most colours out.. but not yellow or red..

Helly.. before having the steroid injections look very very carefuly at the side effects and concurrent issues they cause, usually you end up doing more damage than good by having them..

Would it be inappropriate to put in a complaint about a 'family support worker' who reports someone to SS (ie me the week before Freja was born.. when we all know how ill I was and she knew about half the other stresses going on too) for saying 'a long list of complaints the other children are supposedly suffering from'.. basically saying I don't have children with the problems they have despite me having th epaperwork and medical interventions to supprt it. I am set to ring her suervisor and complain but I am unsure whether to back it up with a written complaint as well.. how supportive is it the second time you see someone who is clearly having a crappy time to report them to SS and add to their stress? Apparently my partner is aggressive.. which is absolutely laughable he is about as aggressive as Freja! If either of us are aggressive I'd say it is me when riled!.. Ordinarily I cannot be bothered!

I don't think it is inappropriate at all. I would write a letter too and when you speak to her superviser say that you will also be putting it in writing, that way there will be a formal complaint on record too, just in case the family support worker tries to say anything else.

Pigpen - I would have thought essential to object - or it stays on file with implied acceptance of comments?

Busy again, vaguely keeping on top but no time for not essential stuff. Just off to fetch the boys so it is going to rain, then back to hoover, and do a HHC from 4pm.
