he came up three times though and seemed keen - returned all my calls promptly and attended when asked.

The costs are 90% labour, 10% (at very very most) materials.

I have another company coming tomorrow, but we have decided to do a lot of it ourselves with separate workmen to do bit of decorating and tiling as required. We'll get a dedicated bathroom fitter in and will probably leave the airing room cupboard wall knock-through for now.
