Strange MSE scan

I have what I can only describe as a smiley face cursor in the some of the file descriptions when running a MSE scan.
The system was riddled with malware which I manged to remove with ERD commander and MBAM, but this thing is bugging me, and I believe the system is still infected.....

I've removed MBAM from the machine now, but from what I can remember there were four trojans in the registry, can't remember the names, and a dropper that turned out to be AOL uninstaller which think was a FP.To travel at the speed of light, one must first become light.....0

I would re-install Malwarebytes again, download the latest version from the link, once downloaded open Malwarebytes and update it first before running a full scan
Let Malwarebytes remove anything it may find and post the log file here.
