Which UK banks are owned by each other, is there anywhere i can check.

I remember seeing a list one here sometime ago.

It is proposed that the limit will be raised at the end of 2010. The legislation / rule changes are not yet in place.

Ah, the slow progress of legislation ...

Apparently the FSA spokesman has stated that this has now been ratified and it will happen on the 31st December 2010. This is mentioned on this site in a link somewhere but I cant find it now. Sorry will try to find it if this helps anyone.
