She has a car & a job in Harrow lined up, one of the others is going to be based on the amersham campus & is reliant on public transport (as is the third girl though her job/course are in HW). So anywhere in that triangle now I imagine would be best. Budget is up to about £950/£1000 for a house to share, but obviously less is better!!
I have said they may have to look at hotel/b&b for the first few weeks at least, just a shame it is so stressful & uncertain for all of us!
What are they going to? Buck UNI or the Amersham & Wycombe College
I am not familiar with the detailed locations and parking facilities but what I do know is that HW/Amersham are not close and public transport between the two is likely to be a nightmare(bus) unless there is special inter site transport.
looks like some transport for the college is available which makes a few locations possible.

For Amersham and HW you could go out to Aylesbury(both have train connections) but that makes Harrow an even bigger problem than it will be from HW.0
