We have a six/four.
Pro's
Looks good. Gas hob is powerful and easy to clean. Loads of ovens to choose from. Ovens are well insulated so cheap to run. Grill gives an even heat.
Cons
Black shows every speck of dust so cream would be a better colour. The actual oven temperature bears little relation to the numbers on the dial. The grill can be a bit slow to warm up. The ovens are narrower than a normal cooker.
We looked at loads of cookers before we bought it and they all seemed tinny and frail in comparison. Mrs Hoggyn really wanted a traditional Aga as she was brought up using one but I didn't like the running costs. The six/four is a good compromise as it uses a fraction of the fuel. I suspect the four/two would be just as good.0 -

Can I ask how much yours cost? I cant find any prices online?
I would like to get one with the gas cooker; do they still require servicing every 6 months like the standard agas?

IIRC the six/fours were about £4200 when we bought ours. We are lucky that there is an Aga showroom nearby.
However, we paid about half that including the matching (£700!!!) cooker hood as we bought it on Ebay. Although it was second hand, it was in mint condition. The seller was an Aga refurbisher.
If you are thinking of going down the same route, I would advise that you make the effort to look at the cooker before you buy. We looked at couple that seemed ok in the pictures but were decidedly manky in the flesh.
They need no more servicing than any other dual fuel cooker (none?) Incidentally, it isn't that hard to service the traditional Aga cookers.0 -
Will definitely be checking them out in person first. The ebay route seems a good idea - will check that out too - thanks!!!
This is all still a while off tbh, am in the process of buying a place and then will need to save for a bit before renovating the kitchen.

If you buy second hand don't underestimate the weight. We used a fork lift truck to move ours.
If you buy new they will come and install it for you.0 -
