    After conversion to GBP I always found Mydomain to be cheaper (I've reg'd about 8 domain names over the years).

    I think I have to take a look into this.

    Google blogger is an excellent free way of starting a website or Wordpress. Google blogger https://www.blogger.com/start is more simple and there is a huge community of secondary sites offering advice. It is relatively easy to change the HTLM of the templates and do what you want to do. You can even remove the blogger section and you can add 10 pages for information tab buttons slide shows or links with You Tube. If you keep the blog, Microsoft Live Writer (again free) allows quick access and posting.

    Wordpress is more upmarket but complicated unless you pay for the 'done for you' option.
