Get £100.00 switching bank AC ?

I was told that we could only get bonus £100.00 if we are using as the main a/c and switching our bank ac using transfering services. This will mean that we need to give them all SO, DD which also include our monthly salary. I was opening a new ac with Santander AC but I did not get £100.00 becuase I do not use it as a main a/c

Do any of you get £100.00 without the need to use Sanatnder AC as main a/c (e.g. you do not need to transfer you salary to this new bank ac) ? Please tell me your secret. I also want to get £100.00 :-))) too.

Isn't that this is the spirit of this forum and Martin's Idea....

For this kind of deal you can usually switch one of your current accounts that isn't your main account if you have a few and can scrape together enough Direct Debits and standing orders on one of them. You could always open one now if there's still time to make the switch and you don't have a suitable account already.
