I am unable to get a wire coat hanger, the only ones I have are plastic, or the new type metal ones which are harder to bend.

I've just applied tesco limescale remover for the third time, and the holes still seem blocked.

As I am novice at DIY I wonder who I could call out to do it for me.

It would virtually be as cheap to buy a new toilet as to call someone out - you can buy one from screwfix for £71. it only takes two screws to undo on the floor two on the cistern and close the isolating valve on the water inlet, undo the compression fitting, remove loo, and do the same in reverse with the new loo. Should take about half an hour.

I had a look at screwfix toilet for £71
Unfortunately, they are all white, and my bathroom suite is pale avocado.
Also they only do £150 minimum orders.

I would just get a plumber to sort it for you if you are no good at DIY, better safe than sorry.
