Building Insurance for Converted house

We are having problems searching for different building insurance deals for a converted house. The house is divided into 3 flats, each owner having an equal share of the freehold. We are looking for cover for the entire house, not the individual flats. All the comparison websites i have looked at dont allow you to search deals for this type of property as they do not have it as an option. Any ideas or suggestion?

Really easy. Try Towergate, vasek, Hamilton Fraser or your local broker. Ask for a property owners quotation, explain your requirements and should have no problems at all. Very easy to cover we do loads of it.I am an Insurance & Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
