To Santander or not to Santander?

That is the question. I'm currently looking at opening an ISA, Current Account, a Regular Savings Account, and maybe even a Savings Account with Santander because they are all top rates. But I see they get hammered in terms of complaints and customer service, I'm concerned because I'll be going away soon for at least 1…

LOL - I wasn't particularly worried about the one whole penny ;-) - but yeah, on Santander's past performance, you're probably right!
