thanks so much for your advice. i have found the letter from them which says we were not overpaid in 08/09 but there maybe an overpayment in the future now that you have told us that your actual income for 08/09 was 12,800 and not the 128. (but he had already received this overpayment in August 09) he then says he has referred this matter to another department who deal with these matters and you may hear from them in due course. which we never did?? xxxxxxxxx0
