I've also bought a giant cupcake mould on ebay  and eaten the last of the Dr Pepper cupcakes. That makes me sad. But the knowledge that I could soon make a giant one lessens the sadness somewhat

When you make the giant cupcake, I recommend cutting a cylinder of cake approx 2" across but 3" ish deep out of the base piece and filling it with buttercream when you put it together, as otherwise that bit is just too much dry cake. The top's ok cos you can put frosting all over that. ;)

We have the most horrible patterned 1970's style red / green / blue / cream / pink carpet in our living room - it's only redeeming feature is that it doesn't show any muck whatsoever.

2 babies and not PG please.

I was achey and grumpy and couldn't sleep on my tummy.

(whereas now I'm achey and grumpy but my fave bed position is ALL MINE! LOL)
I'd imagine I'd feel the same actually, one of the reasons I wanted to wait until S is at school to have baby number 2 is cos I wasnt sure how I'd deal with small baby being a skank and dribbling/puking/bogeying/pooping and constant queasyness, YUK.

I think I've slept on my front every single night since S was born!!

Did you see the cheap "pizza" recipe I posted a few days ago? I wondered if you'd be able to adapt it for CFR in some way. I know theres already a pizza recipe on there, but this one is quicker to make as you dont need to do breadmaking for the base.

Not worth the porridge  or should that be bird

Seriously though, if my husband (who doesn't understand FB) slated me on FB I would be showing him the door - public disrespect is a vile thing.

    I agree, on both counts.

However, a thread of dental floss tied across the top of your stairs like a trip wire, then removed after the "accident" would possibly be ok :rotfl:

becles - thanks am actually looking for one for myself but thats good for future referance.

Ooops! Here's another site that gets some good bargains on too:
    http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/

Had an eventful evening here. Was just finishing off a job before putting Charlotte in the shower when I heard an almighty scream. Went upstairs and her face was covered in blood as she'd split her bottom lip. Josh said they were carrying on in his room and she managed to fall and headbut a wooden laundry bin. Had to sit her on my knee with ice on it for ages before it stopped bleeding and her lip is fat and purple now.

Then we had to play the nightly game of "hunt the teddy" (aka bedtime delaying tactic). I thought last nights place of on the dining room curtain rail was bad, but this evening he was stuffed in the filing trays on Josh's desk.

While we were looking for teddy, I noticed blood all over the landing carpet. Once I got her into bed, I then had to try and get blood out of a digestive biscuit coloured carpet, which isn't the easiest of tasks.
Here I go again on my own....

 I don't know how you don't smother him in his sleep!

Because I take myself off yo the spare room, where I am now. It's comfier and there is no snoring in here:D

MFD he has no redeeming features. And at this moment in time I detest him. Ireally didn't want to come home after my lovely afternoon with my boys. Thecomplete ar5eyness that radiates from him pees me off. But i've learnt that the silent treatment works the best and i do ice maiden tremendously well. And he just can't hack it.

 Have you never watched CSI lady!!!! Any husband who 'accidentally' falls down the stairs automatically gets his ankles checked for dental floss marks ;)

Can't be easy living in that kind of atmosphere though.

I did 'the woman scorned' for a while in the early days of our marriage (a long story that involves hubby telling me kids were an absolute no-no) and it is bl00dy tiring to be so hurt all the bl00dy time :o

As long as you know we are always here for you xx

Edit - hugs for Charlotte's lip Becles - I would be confiscating teddy first thing in a morning if I were you. But then I am Victorian mum :)

If it were on CSI they'd send the trousers "over to Trace" after detecting a whiff of something minty, and then find out they had floss residue on them, and narrow it down to which brand of floss was used. They'd then find this brand in the bathroom, cut the end piece off, dig in the trash outside and find a used piece in amongst the rubbish which matched up exactly to the end they cut off the reel! And they'd find WM's epitheleals (sp?!) on the used piece, along with trouser fibres!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
