Becles, Charlotte sounds so cute. Can just imagine you taking 'Banana' and 'Orange' to the park :rotfl:

We didn't have an Orange. The full line up was:
Apple, Banana, Plum, Strawberry, Grape, Apricot and Mango :D

CAFC - I've had the boys with tights on under their trousers until they were about 8-9ish. They appreciated them in cold weather. When Craig was a postman, he used to wear tights in icy cold weather.

Had different experiences with cots and beds with mine. Took Josh out of the cot when he was about 18 months as I knew I was expecting James. I wanted the cot hidden up the loft for a couple of months, so he didn't think the new baby was stealing his cot!

James was in a bed at just 10 months old, as he was walking by 9 months and managed to climb up and out of the cot when he was 10 months

Charlotte was in the cot until she was two. When we went to Turkey, we were expecting a travel cot, but they brought in this absolutely massive cot that either blocked off the bathroom or the main door, so we had to keep shoving it up or down when we wanted to use the bathroom or leave the room. Decided to try her in the sofa bed and she was fine so we asked them to take the cot away and bought her a bed when we came home.

    *hugs* Beenie

:rotfl:at Alice buttering bread on the potty.

Just skim read as I'm a hurry so *hugs* to everyone else who needs them.

Got Josh at home. He was doing PE this morning and went to do a diving header just as someone else decided to kick the ball, so he got kicked in the face. He's now got a black eye and felt sick and dizzy, so they've sent him home. He seems ok and I've given him some paracetamol for the headache, so hopefully it's nothing serious.

Dashing out to get my hair cut as it's a mess :o
Here I go again on my own....

Dogs water bowl is a favourite here too, luckily I have an alarm system known as 'Henry' who lets me know if he is near.

He can crawl at breakneck speed which is confusing when you put him down look away and he is nowhere to be seen !!! Worse thing is I cant leave back door open now else he is likely to go head first out onto the decking!!!

:rotfl: Amber's already done the head first out of the back door, she was doing a handstand half out the door and i laughed :o I wish she'd crawl properly though cos she gets dirty all over her front and shows up how mucky the floors are even though i am constantly mopping. Should have made her a little mop outfit so she could do it.

I must admit having DS home all summer hols was helpful, i can't turn my back for a second now that he's not here to be extra eyes, especially cos he's older and will just pick her up and put her somewhere safer.

Well (for obvious reasons) I unsubscribed. Then on Friday they sent me an e-mail saying, "You are nine weeks pregnant" so I unsubscribed again. And today they've sent me another e-mail.

Monkey Forest should take me just over an hour, and I can leave any time after 9. And I shouldn't need to be home for 3.20 because it's OH's day off to do the school run.

Did we get a final list of who's coming?

    11 is good for me.

Jillie it will take us about an hour from Stretford so probably need to leave around 9.45 if you can see what the best tram around that time is for you
