:eek: I lost my engagement ring about three weeks after I got engaged and on my first teaching day of my final teaching practice. I was convinced I must've flushed it down the toilet without realising. OH wasn't working that day (because it was bad weather) so he went to my flat and searched while I was out and eventually found it behind/underneath my bed - it must have fallen off in my sleep.

I text DH and his helpful response is "You have so many places where you leave things, it could be anywhere".... yeah thanks love, that helps me.....

Big hugs CAFC, it's been a hell of a day for you

You've probably had your thing since coming home from the hospital and it'll turn up. Don't worry about it just now, concentrate on resting and snuggling.

Our dinner out was not good, so much MSG that everything was gloopy, nothing spicy and I have a headache. Still, my fortune cookie still needs to be opened.. Let's see what it says.

Edit: My cookie was so stale it didn't break when I tried to open it and just sort of oozed open and it says, "Don't lose courage, everything improves with time." Bah.

I lost my engagement ring for ages until DH found it under the washing basket when he moved it to look for something else
