Have you got any charges on the card you could claim back? If they are going to be gits with you I'd do it right back to them
I kept putting off claiming mine back from Barclaycard until they kept passing me from dca to dca, ringing me up to 20 times a day and asking for all sorts of unreasonable information. Got mine back within about 2 months and was enough to clear the card so probably owe RMA a thank you for driving me to distraction! 0 -

One thing you don't do on a DMP is worry about things that may happen. Evrybody is treated differently on a DMP. Ive had no problem with Santander cards but others have.
If you start thinking of what may happen it will drive you mad so just relax and start paying your regular monthly payments. Everything else can be dealt with if it happens.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013
