What to look for with pans?

I think he main criteria has to be the weight.
Heavy base pans dont burn!0 -
I agree with the previous post - I have had my stellar pans for 20 years now and they look as good as they did then. About 4 years ago I bought a cheap set of the tv (anthony worral thomson) and although they look good and wash well, the handles get awfully hot and my husband recently burned himself badly when picking it up of the cooker. If you cook alot and you would be well advised to get the best you can and they should then last you a lifetime:jSmile though your bank is breaking:)0

I do do a lot of cooking, that's why I don't mind spending a little, I quite like the sound of the circulon ones, might go to a few stores and hold themHe who laughs last, thinks slowest0
