sore breast during period

Hi everyone! Does anyone else have this problem? I currently have a very sore right breast and don't know how to ease the tenderness. I am in the middle of my period so I assume it's hormone related but I only have the tenderness in one breast and not both. The pain is on the outer edge and can go up as far as my armpit…

Yes, take Evening Primrose all the time.

I was told breast would improve after menopause; it hasn't!
