Brilliant. But who just bought all the 500mm door fronts?! (sigh)

There you go then. Three hours solid of staring at the B&Q website and I've bought every door, end panel etc thing for a 40 door kitchen for £586 and 4% Quidco. Matt Cream. I've never even seen it but I can always cancel it!

I am totally shattered. There were no 600, 500 or 400mm doors, highline or drawline and I was stuggling with regular height larders but I managed it with 800 drawers and 450 doors. And dresser end panels instead of base end panels.

If I've pulled it off, it's genius. Brilliant OP for me, thank you!

Think the OP is questioning the original door prices?seems rather expensive to me,either way at £2.50 a pop its a bargain, regardless of list prices prior to discount.

Yeah, B and Q full prices are a bit of a joke. They are rarely 'full' price instore - usually at least a third off, often half-price - but £2.50 a door is a good bargain. Ok, maybe not top quality but for a budget kitchen or refurb without changing the units you won't get better value.

I still have loads of doors, panels etc in the garage from last summer - B and Q were selling stuff off at 10p a door. Needless to say, the style I bought isn't in the sale this time round so the deal doesn't help me any. Not sure if we are going to fit the ones we have stashed away or get a Howdens kitchen, though.
  • Thanks - not as impressive as Doozergirl's, but I've just bought a selection of doors to go on cupboards I'm building in the bathroom. Seven doors for £25 and free delivery too!

Shame I've already got some in the loft from the last clearance, but these ones are nicer.

Thanks for the heads up on that trumpton. :T I've just had the cooke and lewis birch veneer shaker fitted this week. Got a few spare doors + some as I might add to it I didn't pay full price for the original lot. got 15% off even though by the time I got round to ordering, the 15% offer had officially ended.

As long as you use a good fitter and spend money on the appliances (sourced independently), their kitchens are fine.
Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j

Does anyone know is there a way of finding out when this is likely to happen again for example if you pre register would they send you an email to get in early and get the sizes you need?
