If conventional methods aren’t getting rid of them then it might be worth researching what species they are and what their natural predators are and then getting some. This solution is suggested as an eco solution for bedbug infestations. Except having loads of spiders or beetles or whatnot legging it about everywhere eating the moths or laying their eggs in them etc might in fact be even worse. Hmm, yeah, imagine it. Maybe not. Anyway, just an idea if you’re running out of options0

On a separate note, are you aware that YOU may be liable for your landlord's tax liability on the rent as he is resident overseas? Read this here.
He is also obliged to provide you with a UK address for serving official notices on him (ie notice to quit etc) which should also be used for communicating claims, repair problems etc. If you have no UK address, you do not need to pay rent till one is provided (though you will then have to pay the back-rent owed).0
