Xbox 360 games of ebay

Im looking at buying a game from ebay, reason being is that the prices for the game im after are incredibly low, what do i look for so i can avoid any scammers

i know feedback is one to look out for,

being a powerseller,
having hundreds of similar items for sale the the same time
professional looking layout
Accepting paypal

what about his own ebay shop or is that part of being a power seller

own shop is good, they cost money to run and are easy to trace, scammers don't bother as much

Good, well 100% but if they have less its ok

If they have 5 positive feedback and the items are all less than £5 be careful. If he has 5 and they are high priced items either sold to a buyer with highish feedback, or bought off a seller with high feedback.

Watch out for people saying "EXTREME" in the listing as this is means the game will only work on a modified machine for instance it may say Saints Row extreme version but it is just a pirated copy of the game

Like others have said check your seller carefully. Look at feedback, 99% or above, but also read the feedback, do the positiives say anything about him selling fakes, does he always sell games, is there any change in his posting style that could indicate a hijacked account.

Pay only by paypal backed by a credit card.

i looked at play asia the other day and when i saw $39 i didnt realise that in £ it would be £21.72, better to pay by CC, would i get stung for tax

i buy xbox 360 games all the time off ebay usually pay half normal price - used titles but never got a bad on yet! the good thing is you can normally get your money back after you#ve completed game.

i dont buy import versions - wait ages and bit risky. my tip is to use buy it now and change list view to highest first and then scroll down till you find your title at the lowest price= most of time cheaper than normal bid auctions lol

the play asia games aren't import they're region free.

From the few I've bought, never had to pay any customs, always get them one at a time tho!
