I have wireless broadband etc at home and would like to be able to send things to the printer wirelessly from a laptop or another PC. How do I do this? Does it need a special printer or can I use the old one I have already? Do I need to leave the computer on that is attached to the printer? So many questions - I really have no idea. Please help.

You need a wireless router and wireless print server, e.g. http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/search/?strSearch=&intCatID=39&intStoreID=8&bolShowAll=true&intSubcatUID=481 if you want the printer to be independent of any computer. If not, yes the computer attached to printer must be switched on for other computers to print via that computer.
Some are combined devices. Make sure the print server supports your printer.0 -

I used the netgear wgp606 and it works well.
Be aware though that wireless priont servers don't usually support scanning.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0
