England Shirt

With Umbro and the F.A. launching yet another England kit on 12 Oct 10 I recall that the last one was sold under the guise of "England Home Shirt 2009/11" including online at the F.A.'s EnglandStore.
Surely this means that the shirt was mis-sold to fans across the country. Therefore what rights do all those who purchased the shirt have? Would we be entitled to a refund?
Thanks,

Are you for real?0 -
Entirely for real. The shirt was advertised as being the 'current' shirt from 2009-11, it didn't last that long before being replaced. I am therefore asking what rights do those who purchased the shirt have?0

It probably came with a clause that stated it was subject to change. Most football shirts do...I don't know what rights you would have? You would maybe get a small discount on the new shirt?0

What is a rip-off is the prices they charge for the shirts though.0

Where is the rip-off? It is offered at a price and people choose to pay it.
Unless you're falling into the typical MSE trap of shouting "rip-off" without actually understanding what the term infers?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
In true MSE style perhaps you should describe it as a scam!0

Sorry I meant to say that the RRP is expensive compared to what they probably paid to get them made. But people still are willing to pay the price of £55 odd a shirt0
