sainsburys half price toy sale?when is it?

I think it'll still be online, especially as their competition having toy sales online. Whether it'll be on every item though I'm not sure.

i just phoned Sainsburys careline and the lady wasnt going to tell me anything, however after explaining about having to take 2 small children with me at 7am when nothing wasnt guarenteed was a little unfair, read a few bits of her comp, i asked if it was selected stores or all stores, she replied all stores, it would be unfair to just have some. I asked her if it was on all toys and she said yes apart from the gift toys, i took this as the gardening sets, gadgets etc etc and i asked if it was going to be online to which she read- there will be some half price toys online but nowhere near as many as in store, but did say when the offer ends instore is it the 3rd... that more will go online. i will be ready and waiting at 7am

Out of interest do they take the money straight our of your account if you order at say midnight? I have no money in my account until 2morro but there are some things i would like to get, so wondered if they take money straight away or not until the items are dispatched!

I would imagine it is secure banking so it would take the money and reserve it, therefore, if your bank allows it to be authorised you could try and buy it see what you get and then put the money in there tmrw monring, so that it is ready to be taken 2 days later

They dont take the money until 2 days after, it just gets reserved!

Base.com had some on their site for £10 on buy one get one free yesterday but I've just had a look and they don't seem to be on there now. But it might be worth keeping an eye on it because they may come back on. There are other Zhu Zhu accessories on there though and it's all free delivery. http://www.base.com/landingpage_528.htm

Just been across to Sainsburys, having a late lunch, they have put out masses of toys, unfortunately none that I want, lots and lots for younger kids, Fireman Sam, Dolls Houses, Baby Toys around the homeward aisles, where the small selection of toys are normally it looks like they are clearing away all the paper plates etc to put some more out. Was slightly worried as non of the stuff I would like is out on display xx fingers crossed and good luck everyone.
