I get all worked up knowing I'm going to get a good deal, a glitch or whatever. When I went to Boots last week when they had the 1000 extra points I could feel my heart beating faster and my palms were sweating as I approached the tills, I did 3 separate transactions and it only got worse with each transaction, I looked at my receipts in a bit of a fluster to make sure the points were all added. Silly really, but I REALLY DO LOVE A BARGAIN! But I only ever buy what I really need for gifts etc

Well everyone just a little update, I have just contacted my local Sainsburys (Glasgow Braehead) and the half price toy sale is on Thursday :T

I asked if they were opening any earlier and they arent so i will either have to drop ds at school and hot foot it to Braehead with dd or be there for opening time and hope im back in time for school

I also asked if it will be online, They lady on the phone said she wasnt sure and would ask someone else, I heard her talking then she said no its instore only :mad:

I dont know whether to stay up in the hoping she is wrong and it is indeed online aswell.....

hmmmmm more and more people being told it's instore only!

I am not going to hedge my bets, I am going to book a taxi for 6.15am on Thursday morning, my hubby leaves for work around 5.30 and this is too early to drop me off I will stay up till 1am just in case it does go online. If I get my online items I will cancel the taxi and hope the kids don't get up till lunchtime!

Oh no don't tell me that lol i need it to be online but they did say it last year abd every one didn't go online and it was on so who ever is doing online please stay up as you never know...x

Arrrggghh Ive just phoned another local sainsburys and she didnt know anything about it but was really lovely and took my number so she could phone around other stores to find out for me, She has just called me back and the sale is on Thursday, When i asked if it would be online she said "yes, It should be online" so now im even more confused lol

Like you lalamb I will be staying up incase it is online and if not will be there with bells on first thing lol
