Hi.

Having been with N-Power for quite some time now, i feel i can no longer deal with them on account there customer service being so poor and Bull they give out when trying to make a simple enquiry is far ot complicated to figure out.

Has anyone had any dealing with ‘EBI CO’ ? I’m on a Pre Payment meter as i prefer to Pay-as-u-Go.

Thanks.

If you care to do a search for Ebico, you will find a number of threads about this company, including a number of posts by customers of the company.

The main complaint appears to be from those who are on credit meters and complain about the supplier's price (as they effectively use the money saved others give to customers who agree to pay monthly by DD, to subsidise the more costly PPM customers)

As you are a PPM customer, it could well be Ebico are one of the cheaper suppliers for you, but check the comparison sites to make sure.

If simplicity of bills/statements is of most importance to you, then you won't get simpler than the ebico tariffs.

One complication that does sometimes occur is that Ebico use SSE for their billing and related customer service operations and sometimes those customer service operators don't immediately recognise you as an ebico customer and so can sometimes confuse matters by spouting the SSE terms/prices rather than Ebico's.
