I bought an item for £7, it was not good so thought sending it back, used their website no option to return booking. Sent email no reply from them.
Called them via phone none was picking up, why they are doing like that, now i'm out of 7 days cannot send.
Virgin media charge 15p/Minute for 0844, is it worth hang on a line to waste £5 to get my £7 quid.

I have a mobile no landline and it's expensive calling some of these numbers on a mobile especially if you have to wait a while to speak to someone.
There should be an email address (that they actually reply to) and a snail mail address to use to contact them.
I do think some companies go out of their way to stop you contacting them about faulty item returns, exchanges, refunds or return within 7 days if not happy with item etc.
Forcing people to phone a premium no and then waiting in line is not acceptable.0

I don't buy electrical stuff from Play anymore as I have had trouble returning things. Out of maybe 6 things I have bought over a couple of years, 3 didn't work on arrival or broke fairly quickly. All were sent back, one was repaired and returned after about 6 weeks, one was refunded in full with p & p, the other they refunded the cost but not p & p. I didn't pursue it, just decided not to bother again.
On the other hand, a dvd once didn't turn up and they sent another immediately. So, okay for some stuff, but not electrical. Also, if I remember rightly, when you want to return things after you have had them a while (but still under warranty), you cannot click on it in your Order History in order to get a returns number.0

to be honest, i tried that link already that one was really annoying link, they say 'Select the item you would like to return (click a red button).' when i select the item there is no red button in there to proceed.
I know there are few genius people around here never gone thru anything in deep just telling what they see without real understanding of real problem. Bless them.0
