HP Store UK

I ordered a laptop from hp.co.uk last month using paypal. I emailed the CS email provided with the order within 7 days stating I'd changed my mind and I'd like to arrange a return and refund. No reply has ever been sent, all I get are autoreplies saying they've received my email and someone will be in touch within 48h. I've sent about 5 followup emails since, all of which go unanswered. What can I do?:mad:

    Have you tried them? I had to ring HP about an expired voucher code a couple of months back - took them a while to get me through to the right person but they were helpful.

    No he can't. His database of (incorrect) email addresses is a bit limited. As is his ability to read and understand what problems OP's experience.

    Erm, Mark Hurd is no longer the CEO of HP as has been pointed out to you previously. Cathie Lesjak is now the interim CEO.

    Yeah, he resigned after he was found to have violated the code of conduct. Or was he pushed because everyone had enough of his remuneration policy, i.e. cut employee salaries to fund your own enormous bonus payout?
