                    I ordered a laptop from hp.co.uk last month using paypal.  I emailed the CS email provided with the order within 7 days stating I'd changed my mind and I'd like to arrange a return and refund.  No reply has ever been sent, all I get are autoreplies saying they've received my email and someone will be in touch within 48h.  I've sent about 5 followup emails since, all of which go unanswered.  What can I do?:mad:

            Have you tried them? I had to ring HP about an expired voucher code a couple of months back - took them a while to get me through to the right person but they were helpful.0
