bloomindelightful.co.uk

Hi there,

Can anyone help me with this?

I recently ordered flowers from bloomindelightful.co.uk but they failed to turn up, i emailed them and they said they would send out a replacement (that was tues 31st) which should have been here no later than yesterday.

Still no sign of them, so i dropped them another mail.

They have replied saying i never confirmed the replacement flowers so they did not send them out. This was a lie, so i replied asking for a refund on the order and attached the email i sent out on Tuesday confirming the replacement. Now they have just got back to me saying that they did send them out and are angling for a 'human error' on the address so they don't need to refund.

Their policy says that they do not refund unless the goods are sent back to them, but in my case i have nothing to return.

Any ideas where i stand with this? Is this a lost cause?

gillian

Ask for prood of delivery and proof that the error was yours.

They cant penalise you for a mistake on their part.

  • Don't know if it helps - but I got some flowers sent through them the other day that were just left on the doorstep by Royal Mail (not sent to sign for or anything) - could it be they were delivered and swiped? They come in a very loud pink box so would stand out if left there.

  • This is crazy....

Royal mail have sent back the flowers saying the addressee does not exist. bloomindelights then say because its not their fault they dont have to reinburse.

This can't be right though, if they have the flowers shouldnt they reinburse?

    Any ideas?
