Anyone using Teletop?

Hi,

I hope this is in the right place to post this question!

I've been using Teletop for about 6 months now to call Germany etc., but for the last week whenever I dial the access no. I get the engaged tone. This has been happening for days now, has anyone else been able to get through?

I haven't hadn't any problems with Teletop during the last week. I used them several times this weekend without any glitches.

Thanks Dagobert! I've tried using it again today, but it's still engaged! Could Telewest be blocking access to it?

Is anyone else having problems? I just can't understand why all of a sudden I can't get through.

They could well be blocking the Teletop access now.

Out of interest are you paying to call the 020 access number,or do you have inclusive minutes on Telewest.

Well I've phoned Telewest who assured me that they have not blocked the access number, but amazingly 1 hour later it's now working again!!

Thank you for your response Mobilegossip - I have the unlimited package so I don't pay for calls to national dial code numbers, so Teletop works out cheapest, even with the connection fee.

Fingers crossed it will work tomorrow!
