Ouch - I was definitely secretly hoping they wouldn't even bother to defend it.
I think I have a good case, but what kind of costs would I be looking at if I lost for whatever reason?0 -
It's well known that nvidia 8600m cards have bump issues.
But as Equaliser pointed out, if Dell admit there's a fault, that would be good enough.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

OP....Suggest that you escalate and complain to Michael Dell, DELL CEO, via sending him an email at michael@dell.com.
Good luck and hope this helps.
Suggest you ignore this.
If anyone really thinks that the CEO of Dell has this email address, then they are idiots.0 -
Well, I sent my final letter to Dell Products in Dublin, and they didn't manage to deliver it! I called Royal Mail, and it should be returned to me within the next few days.
I don't know why the Irish postal service didn't manage to deliver it yet (should be a sticker on it when it's returned) - but do you think Dell are refusing to accept signed for mail?0 -
