PS Eye toy with Disney game - why is it blue?????

Hi, we have bought an eye toy for our PS2 with the Disney Game for the kids. The thing is, everything is blue and quite faint. Although we have had this console for years, it is not the slimline one, we haven't used it for any games really. We do not have the memory card (we are not bothered about saving the games for now) we did not think about getting one of these but the screen where you take the picture is blue and then when playing the same so is the screen so it does not show a very clear image of us playing to be able to see us hitting things on screen. The pictures on the back of the box shows the kids quite clearly but we are not sure if this is for the box and photos sake or if this is supposed to be like this - the sensitivity seem to be fine as we can play - it is just not a clear picture. Can someone advise us further who already has one.

You should get a perfectly viewable image on your TV.

You normally get one or two colour loss if your scart connector is not fully pushed home on your tv - try pushing htis fully home as a first test

Thanks will get hubby to give this a try tonight. He said it was all connected OK but maybe it is not in far enough. Thanks for the help.

Does any games look fine withouit the eyetoy? Check to see that the scart lead from playstation to tv is in properly. When working pictures should be fine with eyetoy.
