hi thrifty manc
the interest surveys on the front page, you get 300 points and they keep changing them so you never get your one time 2000 point bonus
also sometimes when you completing them they jump back up to certain questions and no matter what you put its incorrect
Ahh ok, yeah I think they are bit glitchy, you might be best trying to answer one at a time and then clear your history, cookies etc, then log back in and do another one. I managed to get all mine done after they rejigged the site at the end of July, but it was a pain in the bum, kept saying my profile was 55% complete even when I had managed to do all the different sections! Just make a note of which you've done so you don't do them more than once if they keep coming back. Send them an email if it's still weird in a few days - I thought they would have sorted the problem for everyone by now.0 -
some of the surveys they wont let you complete
you press submit and its not happy with your answers, not quite understanding this website
As above, they have to screen you and are often looking for a certain target 'audience' if you know what I mean by that, they want a particular group to answer their questions.
Keep at it, there are so many surveys there should be lots for youYou can bury a lot of troubles digging in the dirt

I have had a nightmare with Toluna. i am one of the many on here who is a member of a huge range of survey sites and I had toned down my use of Toluna as the points dont credit to my account from the surveys they send me by email! The short ones on the site do no problems and I have been doing them but until my issue is resolved Ive stopped doing them as I would rather spend my time doing other sites0

I'm having the same problems, it's even worse since the changeover. I have a list of email surveys which I have completed and they have either appeared as "Prize Draw Entry" on my account, or even worse, not appeared at all! Out of the last 10 surveys, only one has successfully credited. I too have stopped doing them now until the problems are resolved, and I've told them that. I'm just doing the opinion polls on the website. I have filled in several Support Case forms but I am getting nowhere.0

My Ciao account still hasn't been migrated and they don't reply to my emails. I'm loathe to do any surveys if I'm not getting paid - I've about £10 worth of Ciao money to transfer over too. Who knows what pittance they'll give me for it!
It's only a game

Me too - except I had over £80 in there! Can't seem to get at it from either of the sites! Arghhhhh0 -
I joined a couple of days ago and I think if dip in and out every day for about 6 months, I might get enough points for a voucher. Also eager to be a product tester - I've never done that sort of thing before!
Has anyone ever won the sweepstakes? I have 20 entries at the moment but I think there'll be people who have a lot more.Thank you competition posters!

Im also a member of Toluna and also One Poll, I dont tend to do the long surveys with Toluna (but have started too!) and im at about 73,000 points and finding that the quick polls are slowing down Ive heard from other members that the vouchers take a while to come, but i do find it quick easy and quite fun. One poll is ok they pay out in cash once you reach £40 its my first time with them and the surveys come few and far between im upto about £12.50 now and been with them about 8 weeks.Puppy Chick wants to be mortgage free by 50! I joined four months ago and don't do everything relgiously.
Just sent off for my first £15 voucher and have 8000 points left over.0 -
I have done product test via some surveys, but never from their test centre, with 4million members and more with the Ciao members it will be much more.
I earn at least 1 voucher per month, recently I have had lots of points so got 5 vouchers pending. I get L2Shop because they are a bit more versatile than the others but used to get Amazon before that. My sig has all the amounts I have earnt and pending this year so far.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
