Halifax Faster Payments broken today?

I understand taht Fast Payment is electronic, so the money that we transfer to pay the bill is normallly will hit the destination a/c within 2 hours.

Is there any limit of the amount of money thact could be trasnfer but it silll hit the destination a/c within 2 hours ??

I am asking this questin because base of my experience if i transfer it online below 1000, it arrives to the destination a/c within 2 hours. But if it it 1000 of higher it take longer 2-4 working days ?. How is your experience >>

Halifax is quoted as having a limit of £2500 but as previously discussed their implementation can be flaky.
