I want to open this account but I dont have a salary as I am a student, am I excluded by these:
You must either: Earn over £20,000 annually and pay your salary into your account monthly, OR
Earn over £30,000 annually and pay your salary into your account monthly or make an initial deposit of £2,000*.
Can I just make a deposit of £2000 with no income?

IMO No.
They are being very specific about the type of customer that they want and at the moment you do not qualify. The asterik after the 2k presumably relates to a specific t&c which you have not shared with us.
However when you pass your exams and get a well paid job go for it.
