    Well, my whining was pretty premature in the end, I sit here with the keys.

    A few days late but there we go. Havent been to the house yet but will be going over in a couple of hours.

    Was over earlier today. Have to say, they did pretty much take everything, but I am not too perturbed by that I guess as the stuff I wanted them to leave wasnt on the F&F list as being left.

    Just trying to figure out how to get the electric on.

    Turns out the lead in wires have burn out just outside the property.

    The fun ride of house ownership takes another little turn. At least it should be sorted tomorrow.
